We Do Amazing Things!

Our mission is to be a resource for real estate professionals and other members of the community who discover an abandoned pet, and to provide options for pet owners facing difficult economic circumstances while promoting the spaying and neutering of pets.

Help Give Animals a Break This Summer!

We take in more animals in late spring and summer and our shelter expenses increase because of fewer people in the Valley to adopt animals and foster. Stay tuned for more information about our "Beat the Heat" campaign!

Please help the animals who are left behind by making a generous donation to our “Beat the Heat” campaign. Click HERE to make your donation. Thank you for helping save our four-legged friends!

We Did It!

From our hearts to yours, thank you for your kind gifts that helped us reach goal to raise $3,000 so that Maya can have surgery to fix the severe ligament damage in her leg that was left untreated for six months. Your generosity will make an immediate difference in Maya's life as she will be able to run and play catch once again shortly after surgery.

Maya, a 2-year old shepherd mix, will be out of pain and back on her feet, we mean paws, running and playing her favorite game of catch with tennis balls in no time. Maya loves belly rubs and she will be getting plenty of those after her surgery. You can read about Maya's recovery, and your important part in it, on our website and Facebook page along with photos of her recovery.

Thank you!

He was reunited with his owner, who also mended well. “He’s my little hero,” Constance said.  “If he couldn’t make it, I couldn’t either.”

Reunited And It Feels So Good

Flames spread fast at Constance Jenkins’ home in Scottsdale in January and it burnt to the ground. She escaped with minor injuries, but one of her cats was severely burned. His face was singed, he had burns inside his mouth, and the pads on his feet were almost completely burned off.  It looked like 3-year old Sanchez might not make it.  Lost Our Home cared for him through our Temporary Care Program. Sandra, a professional vet tech, volunteered her services every other day for 3 weeks to change bandages and administer treatment. Sanchez’s will to live was strong and he has recovered nicely.
