Pet(s) of the Day Sponsorship

Butler

Butler is sweet shy boy. His brother, Rhett, is a black/brown tabby w/brown eyes and Butler is black/gray tabby with green eyes. When you pick him up, he just curls up on your lap and stays there. He and Rhett were left outside of an apt when their family moved away. They clung to each other for support and comfort. Rhett is more independent, but Butler would love to stay with Rhett. They play, sleep and hang out together most of the day.  If you are looking for a sweet, low maintenance, well behaved kitty, Butler (and Rhett) are the one(s) for you.

Butler is being sponsored by Tracy Ryder "in memory of My Sweet Little Bug Charlie".  We know Charlie is looking after Butler and hoping he gets the opportunity to have a wonderful loving home like he had.

Buzz (aka Houdini ) is a young male miniature pinscher (8lbs) and a sweet little guy just looking for his forever home.

As his nickname states, he is a master of escape.  He will need to be in a home where he will not have the potential to squeeze through any small openings or places where he could dig under a gate or fence.

He is good with other dogs and kids, likes to cuddle and wants a home that will love him.

Lucy

Lucy is a young female border collie mix and was one of five puppies found wandering on the Fort McDowell Indian Reservation.

We have been told that all the pups are from the same litter, but exact breed can only be guessed. From body characteristics and temperament, we have concluded that they are part Shar Pei, Border Collie with some type of water dog, maybe Newfoundland mixed in.

Lucy is approximately 9 months old, and she needs a loving home where she will get lots of attention, exercise and training.
Because she still needs to learn to not jump up, she would do best in a home without young children that she could easily knock over.

Three kittens were brought into Elliot Road PetSmart during an LOH adoption day 10/15/2011.  A young woman found them outside near a house she was looking to buy.  This sweet 12-16 week old kitten who is friendly and likes to be held and play will be an asset to any home.

Victoria is a beautiful spotted tabby with a beautiful disposition to match.  She is very friendly and lovable and has plenty of time for play. She will most likely be adopted quickly, so hurry if you think she's the right kitty for you!

Mason, sibling and mom (Clementine) were rescued by a neighbor from an abandoned home. This family would like to keep them but they have 2 large 'non-cat friendly' so they brought them to PetSmart. Both Mason and Kelly are 6 month old grey/black tabbies and very affectionate and friendly.

Daisy

Susie's pups are 8 weeks old and almost ready to go to their new forever homes! Mom looks like a Boxer mix with mostly boxer traits. The pups favor various different breeds. From Sharpai (Remington and Bosley) to Lab (Rose, Violet, Wagner, Lily and Bosch) who also have blue/green eyes, and there's even something for you Shepherd lovers(Stanley, Decker and Daisy). They will probably max out at 30 lbs. They will be ready to go after Christmas, so pick out your favorite and submit an application! The pups will be making their debuts at the PetSmart at Desert Ridge and PetCo in Mesa on alternating Sundays. Daisy will require a yard.
