The Furry Friend Financial Aid Program is here to help families struggling to afford taking care of their pet(s). If financial difficulties are leaving you with no choice but to give up your pet for adoption, please speak with a Lost Our Home staff member first. We can provide: pet food, litter, veterinary care, and other costly items required to sustain your pets health. With our assistance, you may be able to keep your pet as a loving member of your family.

We will need your most recent federal tax return filed with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and one (1) full month of pay-stubs for each adult in your household. If you do not file a Federal Tax Return, please provide a copy of any governmental assistance documentation such as disability income and other proof you may have as to why you do not file tax returns. |
