Hey guys, I'm Eska!!! I've been looking for my furever home and trying my hardest to figure out where my people are. I am one terrific athlete and will bond with my new best human quickly. I love to hike and be active, cuddle and just be with you. I however, MUST be an only pet in an adults only home! I am perfect for an experienced handler in a dog savvy home. I'm not really a fan of being alone too much and I'm great with all the adventures with you that you can bring on!
If you think I'm the cutest, please apply to set up a special appointment to meet with me and my friends who've been working with me. I'm basically a genius (I'm a PRO at Sit, Down, and Stay), I'll work for food or toys or attention or whatever you've got to give me, and I really want to please those I am closest to and bond with. I love toys and treats and they are a great reward for me after a nice outing. I can't wait to meet you!
A note from Eska's previous foster mom:
If I didn't absolutely have to bring this dog back to the shelter, she would've stayed here forever. Eska is the sweetest, cuddliest, silliest dog there ever was. She's definitely still got some of that puppy energy, but really only in the best ways. Eska is potty trained, is not at all destructive when left alone, has good recall, and bonds quickly with people in a home environment. She is a dog who really just needs someone to teach her boundaries that she clearly wasn't taught in her first home, but she's barely a year old and SO eager to please, I know she will learn quickly. Whoever takes her home will learn very quickly what a special girl she is, the only adoption requirement I would say she has is that she should go home with someone who is going to thoroughly enjoy her snuggles.
