Hello wonderful people! My name is Roscoe, and I am just a handsome, happy-go-lucky fella ready to find my forever home! I came from a scary place before, so I am often a little shy when you first meet me, but I warm up quickly. Soon I'll become your very best friend! I love to cuddle, snuggle, and sit on your lap. I am bursting with love and affection, and all I want is to find someone who would equally love and care for me. I am really quiet when it comes to being at home and I am a good boy; I do not cause any damage! My favorite game is playing fetch with balls or teddy bears. Not to brag, but I am getting pretty good at it! I am potty trained, and I love walks and going to the park. I am still working on making dog friends, since I am not the best at that right now. If I might be the little man for you, come meet me today! My foster parents say I have brought so much joy and love into their lives and that I am the best cuddler. I am ready to bring that same joy and love into your life too!
