Star light, Star bright, first star you'll see tonight...come meet me, fall in love with me, and take me home tonight! I am pretty dog-neutral in most situations but will bark and react back at dogs that bark and react at me sometimes, so Julie and I are working on this now with tasty snacks and something called "Check It Out" and "Leave It". Because I am a little selective about my close doggie friends right now, a Meet N Greet with Julie will have to be arranged if you have other dogs in the household. I'd do best with a calmer and social male dog that doesn't need me much, but just hangs out or by myself with just snuggles from you. I also like to have "my own" stuff and don't share as well as I should sometimes with other dogs, but I don't mind sharing with humans at all! I will even bring you my favorite stuffed toy and look absolutely ADORABLE when I do so! I like to redecorate when I get new bedding and stuffies - hey! I've got my own style, ya know? I like to play chase games in the yard and get SO EXCITED for walks, I spin around in circles and zig zag trying to get in all the sniffs! They call me the Walking Wanderer but I am already getting so much better on more frequent walks and learning to wait at gates and doorways like a CHAMP. I'm a very sweet girl overall, but I may do best with older kids because I am big and a bit lanky/clumsy still so don't want to knock anyone over. Once you're "in", you're "in" with me. I haven't learned how to play with toys as much yet (I love to carry them around), but am learning to like Kongs and like stuff to chew on. Oh yeah! One more thing! I did GREAT and had a BLAST when I received a Sniffari Field Trip as my Christmas present from Julie! I explored everything, said hello to new friends, and can't wait to tell you all about it when you adopt me! Just look at the pictures! I'd make a GREAT addition to your family, right?!
