Hello, Candy here! I arrived here from the Yuma humane society a couple of weeks ago with my sister because they were so overcrowded that we needed a safe place to stay where we could grow and (hopefully) be adopted for Christmas! Well - my sister got herself a new home for Christmas and I am hoping that I can still, too, but even my wish for New Year's would be an amazing home to call my own! I am sweet and extremely snuggly, and still learning about manners and potty training (I AM a puppy after all!), but I love chew toys and squeak toys, and I have short legs, and am smaller than you probably think by my photo, but keep up really well! They tell me I am Dachshund or bassett mix and my front feet go all sorts of which-ways, but no medical concerns, just short dog syndrome (I made that up because I want you to adopt me!). So, c'mon, you know you wanna!!!! Let me sweeten your day in the right way - come ask for Candy!
