Hey everybody, I'm Sophia!
The first thing people notice about me is my gorgeous coat. I spend a lot of time keeping it purrfectly maintained, which you can see and feel. My fur is incredibly soft. One thing you should know about me is that I don't have the best of hearing. My foster suspects that I could be deaf.
Since I can't hear very well, it can be hard for me to read other cats social cues. But I get along pretty well with friendly felines. I wouldn't mind being the one and only cat in my future home either!
I'm not the type of cat to seek attention, but I'm tolerant when you wanna scoop me up for a snuggle. I prefer to nap next to you while you work or lounge in your bed at nightime. If I'm not relaxing near you, chances are I'm climbing up a cat tree (or your cabinets!) to watch birds out the window. I'm a confident gal and tend to adjust quickly to new spaces and people. I love exploring every nook and crany of your home. Nothing fazes me!
My favorite thing in the whole wide world are catnip treats! I LOVE them and will come running to stand on my hind legs and take them right out of your hands. The other cute quirk I have is that I love to nap on my back in the middle of the floor.
I really just want a family to call my own, where I can spend the day snoozing on the couch, or playing with a wand toy! I can't wait to meet you!
