Hello, I'm Freckles! I'm a sweet and mellow tortie gal without the 'tude'! I'm very much on the shy side so it will take a little more time for me to warm up. As long as you provide the patience I need, I will provide you with a heart full of affection. All successful relationships are built on trust, and once you have mine you will have a wonderful friend for life.
I would love a quiet and calm home where I can be the only pet. Too much commotion makes me very nervous! My affection is so special, that I do not just give it to anyone. I would like an experienced cat handler who knows boundaries and will let me come out of my shell at the pace I desire. I don't like to be picked up, but I do love to cuddle and be near you. I am always ready for a good book or a movie where I can snuggle up right on you and purr away. Sometimes I even drool when I'm really feeling the love! I like to have my safe spots in the home and food and treats are one of my favorite ways to bond with you.
