He’s a shy boy who takes his time getting comfortable in new surroundings, but his tolerance of gentle handling makes him a wonderful candidate for a patient, understanding home. With kindness and consistency, Sweet Pea will gradually reveal the affectionate side that lies just beneath his cautious exterior.
Because of his sensitive nature, Sweet Pea will do best in a home with children 7 years or older who can respect his need for space and gentle interactions. He’s not the type to rush into the spotlight, but once he feels safe, he’ll reward his family with soft companionship and the joy of watching him blossom at his own pace.
