Hello there! I'm Cocoa Puff!
I came to Lost Our Home from a house fire, where I inhaled lots of smoke. The shelter rushed me to the vet, and I was a trooper and pulled through. As you can tell, I need to lose a bit of weight, but that just means more adventures for us! I'm ok with other dogs, as long they are mellow like me. I'd do best with an older, shy doggie friend or I'd be happy to be your one and only! My foster home has a cat and I don't mind them one bit! I'm not a cuddler, but I do like to be near you so I can keep an eye on what you're doing. Someone's gotta supervise you silly humans!
I like some light walks and the occasional playtime, but mostly I'm a big ol couch potato. I don't bark much, only when I want some attention! I love being pet but I don't like getting picked up. I'd prefer to just hang out near you and snuggle than have you carry me around. I'll even sleep in your bed if you let me. My fosters say that my most endearing traits are my funny noises and my crooked teeth!
I am a mellow gal, and all I really want is your love! I can't wait to meet you!!
