Lost Our Home Pet Rescue has a variety of Sponsorship Programs available. These key programs help ensure that pets stay with their family, receive the best care possible while they wait for their forever home or are reunited with their family. $2,000 - Pet-Food Bank                                     

The Pet Food Bank Program was designed to help families who are temporarily unable to afford food and basic pet supplies, such as cat litter. By helping during their time of need, families are allowed to remain together with their pets instead of surrendering them to a shelter. For those without transportation, volunteers deliver the food and supplies.

$3,000 - Animal Rescue


Our Animal Rescue Program ensures that pets who have been abandoned or who are unable to be reunited with their families have a safe place to stay and basic medical care is provided. Sponsoring this program focuses on the basic needs of an abandoned or surrendered animal while they wait to find the perfect forever family.

$4,000 - Temporary Care

Our Temporary Care Program offers pet parents that are going through any type of life crisis, such as job loss, homelessness, foreclosure, illness, domestic violence, etc. a safe place for their pets(s) to stay while they get their feet on the ground and work out a solution to their problem. 90 days of complete care are provided to the pet(s). This relieves pet parents of the overwhelming fear of losing their pet and in turn, allows them to solely focus on regaining stability in their lives so they can be reunited with their pet.

$5,000 -  Senior and Medical Care

Senior pets are often the last to be adopted. Therefore, many times their expenses are higher. Sometimes they and other pets in our programs require ongoing medication or emergency medical care. When you sponsor a senior pet and medical care for other pets, you can feel good knowing you’re making a lasting impact in a pet’s life looking for a forever home.

Estate and Planned Giving

Lost Our Home Pet Rescue provides services that extend beyond a traditional animal rescue. LOH has achieved incredible successes in a short time supporting countless families and saving thousands of pet's lives. Founded in 2008 during one of the worst financial crises of our time, the organization has systematically grown and expanded the services we offer to both people and pets. Creating a lasting legacy for our community, so LOH can continue this good and important work, can be accomplished through thoughtful planning.

Estate or planned gifts will ensure this impact will continue for generations to come. The easiest way to leave a lasting legacy in our community is by naming Lost Our Home Pet Rescue in your will or trust. Planning for the future care and love of your furry family members can also be accomplished by naming Lost Our Home Pet Rescue in your estate and enrolling in our Lifetime of Care program.

We recommend consulting with an attorney in order to determine the best options for you to accomplish your philanthropic goals. Gifts of cash, stocks and securities, IRA or other retirement accounts, life insurance, or donor advised funds are several ways to support Lost Our Home Pet Rescue.
