Kota is a stunning German Shepherd–Chow Chow mix with an energetic and affectionate spirit. At just a year and a half old, he’s the perfect age for a family who wants a playful companion who is ready to learn and grow.
Kota came to the shelter as a stray, and despite that uncertain start, he’s shown himself to be a friendly, social dog who enjoys the company of other dogs and loves being part of the action. True to his shepherd heritage, he thrives when he has a job to do, whether that’s exploring the outdoors, practicing new skills, or simply staying engaged with his people. He has no known history with cats, so a cat‑free home or one with careful introductions would be best.
Kota is looking for an active household that can keep him busy, continue his training, and give him the structure he needs to shine. He’s ready to leave his stray days behind and start a new chapter with a family who will appreciate everything he has to offer!
His adoption fee is $350 and includes the following:
