Klyde is a sweet 3‑year‑old boy with a big heart and a gentle, sensitive nature. He’s affectionate and friendly once he feels safe, but he can be anxious in new situations and benefits from a slow, patient approach. Treats go a long way with him - he’s very food motivated and responds well to calm, positive interactions.
Klyde enjoys toys, engages with people he trusts, and does well with other dogs who are polite and easygoing. His history with cats is unknown. Because he can be timid at first, he’s best suited for a home with older kids (7+) who understand how to move gently around a shy dog and help him build confidence at his own pace.
