Do you have places to go and people to see? Do you like energetic girls that are social butterflies and want to be the best at everything they can be?! Then I may be your girl! As most teenagers, I still need some guidance with my manners and would benefit from some training classes, but I am highly motivated by food, toys, and even pets and praise! I just want to do a good job and be a good girl...but I still like to jump a lot when excited and I like to pretend I'm a train engine when I am on the leash - VROOM down the track...but the behavior team is working with me on these things and I'm trying really hard to learn and I am told I am a STAR PUPIL! I am a GREAT jogging buddy though for some of the volunteers that come and bring me out - those are AWESOME adventures! Annnnnnnd...I like to play. A Lot. But I have a Rough and Rowdy type of style, and I AM a Border Collie mix, so I like to chase and bark a bit to get the other dogs moving. I would be fine with really well-socialized and energetic dogs to match my play style and not be over-stimulated by my antics but tend to not do so well if the other dog is like "HOW MUCH CAFFEINE DID YOU DRINK TODAY?!? I don't drink coffee - but I LOVE LIFE! I am not too into toys yet ( I do like chasing tennis balls now, though) but pet me and love on me and I'm your best girl. I think I would absolutely love this thing called Agility or even Lure Coursing - man, those sound FUN and I am go-getter! I am ALL herding dog! I love to run after squirrels, leaves, plastic bags that "happen" to fall on the ground, sometimes these things called cats and those birds better watch out because I am a huntress if I see them. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Wobbler toys, puzzle toys, stuffed Kongs, and am really liking this game called fetch!
