Storyteller Dory here! I've been around the block a time or two and have lots to snuggle up to you to say! I'm not really into other dogs and would prefer to be your one and only. I MAY be able to be around a really laid back male to sit on the other side of the room and chill with, as I have been okay with one male dog here, but he leaves me alone - although I did try to play with him a couple times now and am still trying to learn about the dog play thing. Because I am a little selective about my close doggie friends right now, a Meet N Greet with Julie will have to be arranged if you have other dogs in the household. I really prefer humans though and am ALL ABOUT THE PETS AND SNUGGLES! I don't really like cats either, but I do love to fling my toys around and go into zoomies every now and again before frog-dogging it on the cool floor and napping...and I LOVE my stuffed gorilla toy to carry around - I even carry him outside with me! I don't mind walks (although sometimes the traffic noises startle me), but I don't like saying hi to other dogs at all most days. I will either bark at them if they look at me funny or look down at them in disdain until you say "let's go" and then I come pretty willingly - especially for snacks! I am learning to Check It Out and Leave It, so I will need you to help remind me and keep me focused and working with you. I am looking for my Forever Peeps ... could that be you?! Oh yeah! One more thing! I did GREAT and had a BLAST when I received a Sniffari Field Trip as my Christmas present from Julie! I explored everything, said hello to new friends, and can't wait to tell you all about it when you adopt me! Just look at the pictures! I'd make a GREAT addition to your family, right?!
