Join us for a cozy, heart-opening morning featuring Katie Rapkoch of Paws & Breathe and a restorative sound-healing experience led by Mindful Meditation Facilitator Tiana Soto.

Together, Tiana and Katie have joined forces to create Sync’d, a new workplace wellness initiative in Phoenix that brings movement, mindfulness, and sound into the workplace — helping employees return to work grounded, calm, and able to do their best work.

You’ll flow through a gentle, all-levels class while our adoptable kittens wander the room, offering extra purrs, smiles, and surprise snuggles. It’s the perfect way to warm your body, settle your mind, and welcome the holiday season with a little more peace—and a lot more cuteness.
